As part of a topic on rivers, pupils are often encouraged to research a particular river. 42rebeils has shared documents to support this including an outline of the project, an example of a completed report and suggested questions to structure children’s research. All are easily adaptable and full of detail. This project not only covers geographical knowledge but promotes enquiry skills and purposeful use of ICT. Pupils should show connections to industry, farming and climate in their study, as well as how the river has changed over time.
