With next year’s election fever already in the air, Jack McConnell’s right-hand man and Health Minister Andy Kerr, was asked whether there were any differences in the second round of coalition negotiations in 2003 compared with the first.
Kerr thought for a moment and said: “Yes, we were able to order our pizzas in advance”.
