Pupils are offered the chance to play in regional and national table cricket games through the Macquarie National Competition.
What is it?
A UK-wide tournament run by The Lord’s Taverners charity and supported by the England and Wales Cricket Board. Every year, more than 600 young people play in heats across the UK, with finals held at Lord’s cricket ground in London. At the final, table cricket coach Doug Williamson selects his All-England team, giving participants a chance to represent their country.
