If only tax couldn't be avoided

If senior business leaders who condemn the education system ensured that their companies did not engage in tax avoidance schemes to maximise profits, there would be enough money to finance all schools at an Eton level of funding.

Perhaps then the problems of low achievement could be dealt with.
