“Inclusive education - international demands for change” is the theme of a conference on December 1 organised by the Centre for Studies on Inclusive Education at Kensington Town Hall, London W8, fee Pounds 80.
The speakers, who include Thomas Hammarberg, vice-chair of the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child; Peter Newell, secretary to the CSIE Council; and Dr Seamus Hegarty, director, National Foundation for Educational Research, will support the education of disabled children in ordinary schools.
