HARKNESS FELLOWSHIPS 1996. Applications for fellowships are invited from experienced British professionals to enable them to spend up to one year in the USA to study, gain practical experience and travel. The award covers fellow and family. Applicants should submit programme proposals, by October 18, on one or more (out of six) areas of concern to both the USA and the UK - health care, for example.
