* Have a serving classroom teacher on the team, who for the rest of the year is at the chalk face. This would balance the number of inspectors who have not actually done the job for many a moon.
* All the notes taken during observations should be available to the teacher with a comment section at the bottom.
* Any lesson judged unsatisfactory would result in the inspector demonstrating a lesson for the teacher to learn from.
