Internet package

Edinburgh City Council hopes to link up all its secondary schools to the Internet in a modernising package with part of the proceeds from the sale of the Gyle shopping centre on the outskirts of the capital. Officials estimate the council could make more than Pounds 100 million from disposal of the centre.
