Disturbances in the West Bank city of Hebron continued as Israeli settlers and elementary pupils played cat and mouse over the right to fly the Palestinian flag at the all-girls school.

The conflict, which has sparked rioting in the city reportedly began when settlers entered the school and removed the flag, and subsequently threw stones and bottles at the girls when they came out on a protest march.
