* Janine Inglefield (“Uneven playing field”, TES June 24) stated that there are no union agreements with academies.
In March you reported on the deal between The United Learning Trust (ULT) which sponsors academies and union representatives (“Unions sign up to academy pay deal”, TES March 25). On June 28, ULT hosted the first termly meeting between its representatives and those of its employees.
