Japan quake sparks early IT purchases

Schools are bringing forward their ICT purchases to avoid price rises caused by the impact of the Japanese earthquake, according to experts. Syscap, an independent finance provider to the education sector, says schools are turning to the company for money to buy computer equipment as heads are worried about IT production.
