Parents in East Renfrewshire will be able to call a helpline if they have any queries about their children’s schooling. It will open five days a week for an hour first thing in the morning and be staffed by an educational psychologist and quality development officer. On Tuesdays, a bilingual assistant will be available for Urdu speakers.
