An 11-year old schoolgirl who has a severe nut allergy has published a nut-free cookbook. Kirsten Greenwood, from London, has collected more than 50 recipes, such as Great Auntie Margaret's As You Like It soup, Mette's Danish meatballs and chocolate biscuit cake. She says they are delicious.
