An 11-year old schoolgirl who has a severe nut allergy has published a nut-free cookbook. Kirsten Greenwood, from London, has collected more than 50 recipes, such as Great Auntie Margaret’s As You Like It soup, Mette’s Danish meatballs and chocolate biscuit cake. She says they are delicious.

All proceeds go to The Anaphylaxis Campaign charity. My Nut Free Recipe Book is published by AT Press (pound;6.99 plus pound;2.50 postage and packing, UK delivery, through Amazon).
