North Lanarkshire schools are benefiting from a new online version of How Well Do You Know Your School?, a self-evaluation programme devised by Playback ICE in partnership with the local authority. A printed version was published last year and sent free to schools in the area. The online version allows them to record, review and update their reflections from the self-evaluation in the publication. Schools can also store electronic evidence of good practice and share it within their cluster. “All players can be involved and heard,” says Gerry Dempsey, depute head at St Andrew’s High, “enabling us to become critical friends to each other.”
