Labour has failed to live up to its education pledges, many parents believe, with all parties making exaggerated promises to win votes, according to a poll. Though parents believe the Tories most likely to improve education, most do not think they would fulfil their pledges to make schooling a priority, the survey by the educational charity Edge found.
