The Government’s plan to give out 100,000 free laptops to teachers in England caused consternation to at least one pupil. A teacher on The TES website reports the concerned child asking “if I knew that the Government were giving out free lap dancers to teachers...”. The youngster may have hit on a wheeze for improving the morale of depressed male staff, but what about the women?
