The Partners in Leadership programme, supported by Careers Scotland, aims to improve management and leadership skills. Scottish Business in the Community will match people in business and education in all parts of Scotland and introduce them to each other. Thereafter the partners will decide their own agenda, usually meeting for two hours every six weeks, either during or outside school hours. The partners visit each other’s places of work for the meetings.
