(Photograph) - All pupils in primary and secondary within four years are to benefit from at least two hours a week of physical education, Peter Peacock, the Education Minister, pledged this week in a surprise announcement at Lasswade High, Midlothian (above). Up to 400 extra PE teachers are to be recruited to work in primary clusters and secondary PE departments to deliver the commitment. NEWS 3
