Juggling has become a metaphor for people with busy lives, but doing it for real is a brilliant stress buster. Not only is it great fun, but learning to juggle has been shown to improve co-ordination and concentration in adults and children alike.

We have enlisted the services of Chris Sly, a juggler with the world-renowned Gandini troupe - and a qualified primary teacher besides - to teach you and your pupils how to do it. He’ll visit your school for the day to run workshops on basic juggling techniques and will entertain the whole school with his repertoire of amazing tricks. To win Chris for a day, just answer the following question: What is the most objects ever juggled by one person simultaneously? Is it a)7, b) 13, or c) 19?
