Student project: As a director of one of the UK’s leading high street fashion outlets, the board of directors has asked you to provide a dynamic solution to reverse the progressive decline in the company’s financial results over the past five years. You have come up with a radical idea to move the company’s manufacturing base to the province of Guangdong, China.
You now need to put forward a case for such a move. Using Powerpoint and Excel, you must include projected percentage profit margins, evidence of the successes of similar western organisations transferring manufacturing to China, and the strengthgrowth of the Chinese economy.
