Heroin is used by a third of 15 to 21-year-olds in Fraserburgh, Scotland. Newcastle has the highest teenage alcohol and cigarette consumption; magic mushrooms are popular with one-fifth of 15 to 16-year-olds in Wales; and cocaine is increasingly used in London.
