A Manifesto for Children’s Arts is calling for schools, arts organisations, the Government and media to do more to promote the arts to children. At its launch in London this week, Michael Rosen, the Children’s Laureate, said the manifesto could be used to campaign for a change in the attitude of the powers that be to children and the arts.
