Letter from Burma

A volunteer teacher of Burmese students aged 18-21 in a refugee camp along the ThaiBurmese border would like to link up with secondary teachers in Britain (because of the disruptions to their education, his students are at approximately the same level as 14 to 18-year-olds here). He suggests participants could exchange diaries, illustrated letters and posters about the geography, society and culture of their respective countries. Offers of resources also welcome. If you can help or need further information, please contact: Sue Hohenkerk, 01159 404535 or 0121 705 4541.
