Letters extra: Caught in a web of difficulties

https://www.tes.com/magazine/archive/letters-extra-caught-web-difficulties

We have been keen to complete our new opportunities funding training but through the provider, Capita, we have encountered no end of difficulties.

The site has crashed on numerous occasions due to, we understand, too many teachers accessing the site.

The website address has changed and the site is slow and difficult to use - causing a delay in completing the work on time. Our teaching assistants are also completing the training, at much expense to the school, and have found the tasks unsuitable, irrelevant and often a rehash of the teacher’s work. Are there other dissatisfied Capita users?
