Letters extra : Request for help from BBC online

In my role as the independent reviewer of BBC online, I want to listen to views on the service from as wide a field as possible - from internet and non-internet users, to the internet publishing industry, and other content providers. I would therefore welcome your readers’ views on BBC Online - in particular on its educational provision. How do your readers use the BBC Online’s education pages? How valuable or unique a resource do they find it? How would they like to see it develop in the future?
I would welcome your reader’s comments by 24 November - these can be sent by email to bbconlinereview@culture.gsi.gov.uk or to myself co Kate Biggs, Public Service Broadcasting Policy, Department for Culture, Media and Sport, 2-4 Cockspur Street, London SW1Y 5DH. You should note that, once the Secretary of State has published my report all the responses will be published on the DCMS website unless you state clearly in your letter that the information is provided in confidence.
