Letters extra: tests biased against students in England

I wonder if all those teachers from other countries who are coming to teach in Britain will have to pass the numeracy and literacy skills tests first. It also seems unfair that those who qualify in Scotland and Wales (and do not need to pass these tests) will be able to work in England, where those of us who do not pass, will be denied QTS.
