His plain English and easy to read newspaper has enhanced the role of school boards for parents and teachers alike.
However, I would also ike to congratulate Neil Munro on becoming the new editor of The TESS. Neil has been around for as long as I can remember being involved in "tes" education, has interviewed me on several occasions and I am confident that he will bring a new perspective to the Scottish educational press and bring it even closer to school boards and parents.
Congratulations to you both.
