Made a New Year's resolution yet? You might like to take a tip from a teacher in Lemgo, western Germany, who is suing a 17-year-old pupil after she told her classmates he was "not right in the head". If the court rules in favour of the teacher, the girl, named only as Jaqueline K, could be forced to apologise or pay the teacher damages for the insult. Tempting.
