A survey for Creative Break, a Manchester-based apprenticeship programme for the creative industries, has found that eight out of 10 young people still believe apprenticeships are only for manual trades.

John Myers of the National Apprenticeship Service said: “Apprenticeships are absolutely not limited to industries comprising mainly of manual labour. Creative Break is a fantastic example of a programme solely targeted at generating vacancies for business administration apprenticeships, within the creative industries.”
