Lawyers for Marjorie Evans are citing the Human Rights Act in her case against Monmouthshire County Council, writes Julie Henry. The head of St Mary’s junior school, Caldicot, is suing for stress, claiming delays in reslving the case and a failure to act reasonably. The TES has learned that school secretary Fiona Gibson, who gave evidence against Mrs Evans during the police investigation, has transferred to another school.
