Marking process could do better

An Ofqual report on the administration of the 2010 key stage 2 tests has found that the marking process was robust, but recommends 13 improvements, including identifying the original markers when sending papers for review. In 2010 around 3 per cent of papers were reviewed, with marks changed on 2,300.
