THE Home Office was due to reveal new measures yesterday to tackle delays and mix-ups at the Criminal Records Bureau, which is responsible for vetting school staff. However, it was expected to publish only the recommendations - rather than the full report - from an independent team sent last year to investigate the bureau, run jointly by the Government and Capita.
