* A GROUP of professionals met at Canterbury Christchurch College in March to establish a forum to debate responsible inclusion. The group represents all areas of the country and hopes to hold regional meetings. It believes that responsible inclusion must be based on appropriate financial and hman resources as well as properly trained staff. Teachers are crying out to know the meaning of inclusion in practice, says Professor Philip Garner of Nottingham Trent University. Contact him at the department of primary education, tel: 0115 848 3793, e-mail: philip.garner@ntu.ac.uk
