With the rapid growth of ICT, identifying information, integrating new information with old, gathering evidence, sequencing, and preparing a presentation have become important skills for pupils. Caspian Learning has developed a set of thinking behaviours that can be activated in a virtual 3D environment which encourages students to develop and apply thinking skills, while providing chances to create, collaborate and share. Using the online game Thinking Worlds, students interact with characters, artefacts and objects, which convey information and pose questions and challenges.
