YouthLink Scotland, the national agency for promoting the well-being and development of young people, is the subject of a mixed report from HM Inspectorate of Education. In a follow-up to a review published in March 2006, HMIE assessed progress on 11 points for action by the agency.

Inspectors, who visited in November, found “very good” progress on seven points, but four were only “fair”.
