Mock hanging fiasco

Australian education authorities have begun an investigation after a Canberra pupil fell with a noose around his neck during a mock class hanging. The boy was on a table while class-mates, under the supervision of a teacher, were photographing a staged hanging as part of an English project. He was allowed to go home after being examined by paramedics.
