The actor behind the iconic movie monster Predator delivered a masterclass in film-making to media students at Darlington College. Ian Whyte, a former basketball player who won 80 caps for England and stands 7ft 1in tall, played the extra-terrestrial hunter in Alien vs Predator. Mr Whyte was invited by Paul Hutchinson, who teaches close protection operations. Mr Hutchinson had previously taught Mr Whyte at another institution.
