Ivan Lewis, the skills minister, had another bad hair day, I hear, hot on the heels of the unfortunate incident when he got stuck in the toilet, which I reported last week.
At the celebration of the first anniversary of the skills strategy in London he discovered the lunch which he was about to enjoy had disappeared.
“Who’s eaten my lunch?” he asked.
“Oh sorry,” said one of my journalist colleagues. “I didn’t realise it was yours.”
