Some time ago the Diary featured an item on a game called “Ofdoe”, based loosely on Cluedo, thought up by Simon Widdowson, ICT co-ordinator at Southwold primary school, Nottingham. The plot revolved around the murder of chief inspector Mr Smug at his house, Ofsod Towers. In place of Miss Scarlett and Colonel Mustard, the suspects included the Prime Minister, a union official, a headteacher, a newspaper editor and the Education Secretary.

An updated version is now available as an internet game at http:kotn.ntu.ac.ukresidenceofdoegame.htm
