Children aged 7-11 visiting the Ipswich Museum can become nature detectives investigating animals from seashore or town, matching animals and plants with their fossils, guessing the names of hidden objects in “feely boxes”, or holding a prickly hedgehog. The Natural History Museum Travelling Discovery Centre is in Ipswich until February 25 before continuing its tour around Britain.
