It’s part of a free package made available by the National College for School Leadership. The NCSL’s own CD-Rom is also included, providing a comprehensive guide to a whole host of online services. Talking Heads is just what its name suggests, a virtual community of 16,000 school leaders sharing problems, solutions and the odd comic anecdote. Other sections provide links to the thoughts of gurus like Brighouse and Barber, and countless other documents, policies and research findings.
