Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education has appointed Sue Middlehurst as its new principal, following the departure of Daniel Khan. A start date for Mrs Middlehurst, currently principal of Sussex Coast College, is yet to be confirmed. She is a former deputy principal of City College Manchester, and has also held positions at the Learning and Skills Council and Further Education Funding Council.
