Am I right in thinking that the majority of schools currently rated “outstanding” would have been inspected under the old framework, with its longer inspection interval? If so, would these schools continue to be rated outstanding under the new framework? We know that the outcomes for most schools under this framework are worse, but if outstanding schools are no longer to be inspected, we’ll never know. Or am I being naive?
