TWO-THIRDS of parents oppose allowing bored and disruptive 14 and 15-year-olds to leave school for work. In fact parents are more inclined to raise the leaving age. Almosta third say that young people should be required to stay in school after 16 - a move more popular with less well-off parents. Two-thirds support the status quo.
