The former head of sports at Glasgow College of Nautical Studies is taking the college to an industrial tribunal. Mary Collins, aged 41, was dismissed last October following allegations of sexual assault made by two female junior colleagues. The charges against Miss Collins were found not proven last week after a four-day trial.
