The construction department of Brooklands College in Weybridge, Surrey, created a garden based on Lewis Carroll’s poem Jabberwocky for the charity Kids Company - and scooped a silver-gilt medal at the Hampton Court Flower Show in the process.

A derelict caretaker’s house was transformed in five days into a new teaching and learning space for Bentworth Primary School in London - called The Lifeskills House, pictured here.

The 750-pupil Landkey Primary School in north Devon has been jumping for joy since scoring a one in all but one category of its Ofsted inspection. Every lesson was judged to be outstanding.
