Acas, the arbitration and conciliation service, has concluded its four-month inquiry into the bullying claims, jointly agreed by the national and local LSC, and PCS, the public and commercial services union.
Pearn Kandola, the specialist consultants, have been called in "to ensure that changes are made effectively and swiftly", said a spokesman for the national LSC.
"We are keen to address the issues raised by staff and to establish an environment where employees can work to the best of their ability," she said. The Acas report would be "shared" with members of staff, "but at this stage it will not be published".

The inquiry was the culmination of weeks of allegations - reported in FE Focus - of bullying and intimidation at Notts LSC.
A nine-page dossier containing serious accusations of a "draconian culture of fear and intimation" at the Notts office was widely distributed among staff.
