Ofsted is far from satisfactory

I wonder why Roy Blatchford describes satisfactory schools as mediocre in his article. I suspect it is a perfect example of inspectors - a former HMI in this case - using a careful choice of vocabulary to influence their audience towards a negative view of schools. Sorry, Mr Blatchford, this won’t wash with me.
