Concern over the teaching of ICT in secondary schools was expressed in the annual report of Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Schools, published by Ofsted recently. Stating that England has an improving education system overall, the report was generally optimistic. However, one concern was that “the requirements for ICT are not being met in a significant proportion of schools”. Visit www.ofsted.gov.uknews to view a copy of the complete Ofsted news report.
