I am currently suffering from depression, trying to avoid being put on medication and do not feel being signed off is good, as I will sit at home and stress even more that the pupils are missing out. But I am having panic attacks, my skin is itching and I keep breaking down in tears, and let's not forget the lack of sleep. I am a teacher and a mum of two. How are we meant to cope with all this?
